Maintenance – Better safe than sorry
To ensure hygiene in production, air quality and system efficiency, airinotec checks your entire air technology down to the smallest detail. We adjust, lubricate and check the smooth running of the components and optimally set the control system. Finally, we train your staff to ensure smooth operation.
Lift gate maintenance – on the safe side during operation
Our service ensures that your system works safely and reliably. In addition to checking the suspension, guide, drive and control system, we also check the airtightness of doors, gates and feed-throughs on the hood. After successful maintenance, you will receive a report and a sticker for the next 12 months. This helps you avoid unplanned downtime and ensures the safety of your machine operators.
Cleaning – For optimum hygiene and cleanliness
This hygiene measure includes thorough basic cleaning and subsequent disinfection, which is carried out both manually and mechanically. During the work, we create photo documentation that serves as proof of performance. Once the cleaning has been completed, the client receives this documentation as detailed proof of the service provided.
Installation – Experienced site managers for the highest quality
We carry out the installation work, individually adapted to your schedule, with a sufficiently large and experienced workforce and under the competent supervision of an experienced airinotec site manager, who ensures that everything runs smoothly and that all quality standards are met.
