With its participation in Pulp & Beyond in Helsinki and ZELLCHEMING in Wiesbaden, airinotec was represented at two important industry meeting points for the paper and pulp industry this year.
Two trade fairs, two locations, many conversations – and one shared focus: to further expand the exchange with customers, partners and industry contacts, to better understand current developments and to position our solutions more visibly within the paper industry.
International perspectives at Pulp & Beyond in Helsinki
Pulp & Beyond in Helsinki offered airinotec the opportunity to further strengthen its presence in the Scandinavian market and establish new contacts in an international environment.
Many discussions focused on topics that are currently shaping the industry: bioeconomy, energy efficiency, drying processes, heat recovery, as well as sustainable and economically viable plant concepts.
It became particularly clear that solutions related to the optimization of energy use, exhaust air and heat recovery are continuing to gain importance. Steam heat pumps and high-temperature heat pumps were also highly visible at the trade fair. Especially in markets with different energy and cost structures, such technologies may be assessed differently from an economic perspective and open up new opportunities for industrial processes.

ZELLCHEMING in Wiesbaden also provided valuable insights into the current situation of the paper industry. Overall, the mood was rather cautious, but constructive. Many discussions showed that investments are currently being examined more closely, partly re-evaluated and reprioritized.
At the same time, key topics remain highly relevant: energy efficiency, drying, steam compression, digital process models and the question of how the industry will continue to develop in times of global shifts in power and markets.
Especially in this environment, personal conversations and reliable contacts are particularly valuable.
